To use:
Begin by applying the So Intense mascara to the tip of perfectly dry upper lashes. Then 'comb' lashes from the root to the tip to coat each lash. Apply one or more successive coats to create the desired make-up intensity. Open up the eye by using the tip of the comb-brush to lightly apply mascara to the lashes in the outer corner of the eye, stretching the brush outward.
